Eight steps to perfect batteries,
1, Desulphation, runs a complete charge cycle within a second. This is repeated during the desulphation step. Every cycle recovers some lead sulphate into active material.
2, Soft Start, severley discharged batteries needs the soft start step. The charging starts with a reduced current.
3, Bulk, is the main step where most of the charge is returned. Charging continues with an almost constant current.
4, Absorption, is a step with almost constant voltage, during this step the battery gets completely charged.
5, Analysis, a short intermission in the cycle and analyses the voltage drop on the battery.
6, Recond, could be use for treatment of flooded batteries suffering from straticifcation.
7, Float, maintenance charge keeping the batteries at 100% charge.
