This lamp was designed to celebrate 70 years of the original anglepoise lamps and redesigned for today. The Type1228 mimics the style of a traditional bankers light.
It features a weighted round base, switched external lamp holder and blue coloured ambient shade which subtly changes colour when the light is switched on.
Designed by Kenneth Grange and launched in 2004 this lamp is already a timeless classic.
