The RubyDry (Ruby600) dehumidifier is the quietest desiccant dehumidifier on the market, at just 29 decibels on the lowest fan setting it really is whisper quiet, it has a huge 6 litre tank which is much more tahn any other desiccant dehumidifier so will only need to be emptied once a day, it is slim-line and compact and efficient at temperatures as low as 1°C.
The RubyDry is an ideal solution for the home, for drying washing, for storage of cars, and to protect boats and caravans from the damaging effects of damp.
The unit can be set for continuous dehumidification or the humidistat can be set to control the humidity to 40%, 50% or 60%. If the unit is set for continuous operation the fan can be set to low, medium or high.
With a constant stream of warm dried air being put back into the room the RubyDry can act as an additional heat source in winter months. This temperature of the air coming out of the unit is approximately 10-12°C warmer than the air going into it which is great for drying clothes.
The water is normally collected into the tank which will only need to be emptied once a day, alternatively you could fit a hose drain so that you will never need to empty.
For safety, if the unit is tipped over it will turn itself off automatically. The Ruby Dry also contains an air filter to clean the air.
